MEET RYAN + MJ.

Founder + Owner, Ryan Otto, has over 10 years of DJ experience — particularly in the wedding business. He brings the passion, energy, professionalism, and fun that will make your event exactly what you want it to be. His wife, MJ, often serves as his assistant and let’s be honest… just makes everything better!

Ryan’s DJ roots started back in high school when he was always creating playlists (on CD’s of course) for his classmates and teammates to enjoy. Not much later on, he volunteered to help out a few friends by offering his DJ skills at their weddings. It quickly became clear that Ryan had a gift.

Ryan works as a Pastor during the week, so for many years he kept his DJ-ing gift to an “every once in a while” side gig. He loved to bless people with affordable prices and an incredible, personalized experience. He wasn’t in it for the money — he was in it to help create a special memory for a special day. More & more opportunities started to come Ryan’s way, and it became time to make it official. Thus, Light of Life DJ Services was born. And even with that official step, the same great prices and experiences continue on.

Here at Light of Life DJ, we’re all about celebrating the occasion and having a blast in a positive and unique way. We do so with authenticity, professionalism, and integrity.
